Stopped here randomly otw to the way to Memphis airport. Can honestly say I was surprise at how small it was inside. I did have to make a parking spot, given that a detailing company were taking up others… Once getting sat it did take about 15 mins for a server to come and that same time for hookah and drinks. But the food was super flavorful and hot. The dj had us vibin, to some R&B! They had drink specials going too. Overall it was a great vibe, I’ll try to make way back. I noticed from their platforms they have a lot of promos going on.

Friends and I went to Dee-o's for brunch and it started out very promising, but could not deliver. We waited more than 20 min for 2 carafes of mimosa, and at least 30 minutes for one person's hookah. 2 of us ordered chicken and waffles, 2 ordered fried lobster and waffles. Prior to ordering, we asked how many lobster tails and were told 2 by the server. 1st order of lobster and waffles came out, lukewarm, no butter, and only one lobster tail. The remaining meals were brought out separately and hot. When it was time to pay the bill, we never saw a full tab. The server divided our bills, we paid via card machine and we were not told gratuity was already included. As a result, our server was tipped 40%!!! Some issues were not hers, she was THE ONLY server and there was only one bartender. Management needs to ensure that parties see their actual tab, and that the gratuity policy is made clear. When we inquired with the waitress, she responded with "it's on the menu". Please see menu below. 🤦🏾‍♀️

*Brunch review only* Came here with a friend, a Sunday ago, to try out their brunch. We arrived around 1045AM but was told they didn’t open until 11AM (flyer said 10AM). The waitress still sat us and provided menus for us to look over (which was nice). I ordered the catfish and grits with a side of bacon and my friend ordered the salmon croquettes and grits. We decided to get a strawberry mimosa pitcher to split. We both decided that we loved the mimosa and it was a fairly decent amount to split between two people. I didn’t enjoy my meal as it reminded me of a cafeteria. The taste and presentation just wasn’t there. My friend thought her food (salmon croquettes) were good but the presentation wasn’t there. The service was decent being that it did get a little crowded and we loved the music. Overall, I wouldn’t return for their brunch but to possible try the seafood.

I’ve been to the one in Southaven and LOVE it!!! So since I was in the area I figured I’d give this one a try. I called in a order around 4p to be picked up at 5:30p. First thing I wasn’t comfortable with was paying over the phone. She didn’t even give me my total. I get there a couple minutes before 5:30, the staff was nice and it was obvious that they were moderately busy. (you know like steady but not slammed) So after giving them an hour and half notice you would think I would be able to grab and go. I could even understand (maybe) having to wait a couple minutes to gather or finish up my order.... I had to wait 25 minutes!!!! Peoples orders that wasn’t even there were being bought out. I don’t understand that. Then when my order was bought to me it was missing an item so I had to wait another couple minutes for it to be fixed. Over all - Staff nice Service SLOW Food good I’ll stick to Southaven from now on.

The salmon bowl was delicious. Our server was awesome! Didn't know it turned into a club at night. This senior citizen had to get out of there before dark. 😉

Floor was extremely slippery, whoever cleaned it must have cleaned it with soap or something to make it where while sitting there about 2 people almost fell. Food took about 50 minutes to get to us and there was only 4 tables waiting. Crab crackers were not available(they told us they were stolen when main accessory in that store so why not have way more or when running low buy them instantly) so why not tell us before ordering? P.S plastic fork and knife so you can’t use a metal fork to open anything The main thing is why pay for the food and tip before we even eat but the waitress was nice but didn’t come once after the order was dropped off. -Shrimp was great the best out of the meal but crab was alright, the order says it comes with a side but on the receipt have charged for it.

AWFUL SERVICE . I waited 2 hours for crab legs during a party and got my food after my party had already eaten and cleared plates. Server refused when I tried to cancel order and cook/mgr admitted she did not ring it in. She came to my table 5 times saying my order was coming out and it never did. Only thing they offered was to not charge for our lemonades. I paid almost $100. NEVER AGAIN !

I had a great experience at the Cordova location. I ordered a shrimp bowl and my friend ordered the crab platter. We had more than enough food to go around. It was all very good. I got the mango habanero and my friend got the garlic parmesan. Everything was cooked well and the service was very nice and knowledgeable of the menu. I loved it and I'm taking a group when I go back.
